Reber 1.5 HP N.5 Bench top Pasta Press

The Reber 1.5HP (1500W) electric pasta press N.5 is a multifunctional appliance capable of performing various functions with a single motor. This configuration allows the machine to extrude a maximum of 9 Kg of fresh pasta per hour.

This pasta press is characterised by its simple structure, which makes it extremely sturdy. In fact, its motor is fully covered in stainless steel, which makes the machine particularly resistant to impacts and protects the electrical parts from any contact with liquids, besides making the cleaning easier.

Motor and transmission - Machine body

This machine is equipped with a powerful 220 V 1200 W continuous duty electric induction motor.

The motor is equipped with forward-reverse gear switch to unlock the meat mincer attachment without disassembling it.
Completely covered with a stainless steel crankcase.
IPX5 protection class
Axial reducer with oil-filled steel gears.

Unlike the standard version, the gears of this version of the machine body are made of sturdy steel. They make the gear motor extremely resistant.

Focus on the tow pin housing, note the robust, all-metal construction of the transmission.

The motor body is fully protected by the steel crankcase to guarantee an optimal cleaning and protection from breakages and accidents.

The oil-filled transmission and needs no topping or replacement (we use ''Long Life'’ oil type, which is suitable for any accidental contact with food).

All machine components are of high quality and made in Italy.

WARNING: in this new gear motor model Reber uses a new lubricant for the transmission that does not require discharge valves. Is NOT necessary to remove or replace the red cap before starting the machine.

Pasta Press

The Reber pasta press is made of food-grade aluminium, while the other components, such as the dies and the worm screw, are made of high-strength, food-grade acetal resin.

By unscrewing the lock nut you can choose the type of pasta you prefer by using one of the 12 dies included.
