The accessories are entirely made with food contact-safe materials and can be disassembled with ease to ensure their cleaning.
Also, with the additional accessories it can chop, grate and knead.
It consists of a professional electric induction gear motor with protection class IP X5, for continuous service.
The design is typical of professional machines, providing a product as practical and solid as possible. All components in contact with food are in AISI 304 stainless steel (also known as INOX 18/10), except for the internal propeller made of anti-friction acetal resin (suitable for food contact).
