Reber N.5 1.5 HP Table-top Tomato press

The Reber N.5 1.5 HP (1200W) Tomato press is the top range of Reber’s tomato squeezers. Equipped with a powerful 1.5HP induction motor, this machine has been designed to make tomato sauce in the best way as well as being capable to also process jams, fruit juices, etc.

It features a professional electric induction gear motor, for continuous service with IP X5 protection class and gear switch forward/reverse.

Entirely covered in thick stainless steel, the tomato squeezer motor is protected from any splashes or shocks, facilitating cleaning and making the machine extremely robust and reliable.

The design is typical of professional machines, providing a product as practical and solid as possible. All components in contact with food are in AISI 304 stainless steel (also known as INOX 18/10), except for the internal propeller made of anti-friction acetal resin (suitable for food contact).

All of these features, combined with the typical Made in Italy constructive quality, make this tomato press a high quality product, suitable for professionals or demanding hobbyists.

Motor and transmission - Machine body

This machine is equipped with a powerful 220 V powered electric induction motor for continuous service 1200 W.

  • Motor provided with forward-reverse gear switch to unlock the meat grinder accessory without disassembling it.
  • Completely covered by a stainless steel crankcase.
  • IP X5 protection class
  • Axial reduction gear in oil bath with steel gears.

Unlike the standard version, the gears of this machine body are made of sturdy steel, that make the gear motor extremely resistant.

The engine body is completely protected by the steel crank case to guarantee an optimal cleaning and protection from breakages and accidents.

The transmission is in oil bath and needs no topping up or replacement (the oil used is of '' Long Life '’ type and is suitable for accidental contact with food).

All machine components are of high quality and made in Italy.

WARNING: In this new gear motor model Reber uses a new lubricant for the transmission that does not require safety valves. Is NOT necessary to remove or replace the red cap before starting the machine.

The Reber N.5 Tomato Press components are entirely made of 18/10 stainless steel

  • Filter cone, drip-pan, splash-guard and high capacity funnel are in AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Tomato squeezer propeller in acetal resin, suitable for food contact.

The filter is made of stainless steel, the holes have a diameter of 1.5 mm. Pestle and propeller are made of plastic material, suitable for food contact.

The tomato squeezer is easily disassembled for easy cleaning of all its parts. The machine has a IP X5 protection class, thus allowing for thorough cleaning without the risk of damaging the machine’s electronics.
