Manual Grape Crusher with Supporting Frame

Manual grape crusher with self-adjustable rollers equipped with agitator. The rollers are fixed to a special support that not only allows to properly adjust the crushing degree, but also guarantees the integrity of the rollers and gears from the passage of any solid parts.

It features a simple and modern design, accurately designed structure built with specific techniques that make it user-friendly and easy to use.

The long service life of the grape crusher is guaranteed by the easy maintenance, as all the rotating components work on ball bearings or bushings.

The output capacity is approx. 500-800 Kg/h.

The large size of the hopper make the machine very easy use, facilitating the dropping of the crates of grapes inside the machine.

This grape crusher is one of the few machines fitted with two counter-rotating aluminium rollers.
Most of the grape crushers on the market are equipped with plastic rollers.

These rollers carry out an initial processing of the grapes, performing a “first crushing” action that generates small cracks on the surface of the grape that facilitate the overflow of the first pomace.
