The centrifugal Buratto is the optimal complement for the mill, it emerges as a key element in the sieving process of wholemeal flour, ensuring high production and high extraction rate with a low absorption of driving force.

Characterized by a completely metallic structure, made of steel and treated with hot coating, the Buratto guarantees robustness and durability, while the centrifugal pulsation rotor, installed on supports with watertight ball bearings, maintains the effectiveness of the process without causing wear.

Versatility is further ensured thanks to the Buratto’s ability to make three distinct selections and the integration of microswitches, which increase safety during use, making the Combi Junior and its complement exceptional tools in the grinding and flour processing landscape.

Attention:

Important that the product to be ground IS NOT OILY

From the 3 mouths of the buratto 3 different qualities of flour will come out:

• Mouth 1, the closest to the funnel, will be the one where the finest flour will come out;
• Mouth 2, the central one, will leave the board, then a less fine flour;
• Mouth 3, on the motor side, the bran will come out;

it is possible to replace a sieve with one with a different fineness, depending on the desired final product.

It enables the milling of cereals and dry non-oil products such as hard wheat, soft wheat, corn, barley, rice, coffee.

Thanks to the pair of stone grinders, adjustable in their distance and the interchangeable sieves with which it is equipped, it is possible to obtain different types of granulometry.
