The Palazzetti Gran Canaria is a very sturdy wood-fired barbecue. The structure is made of refractory concrete, while the large worktop is made of Marmotech coloured in the mixture.
The cooking chamber side walls with brick finish are also made of Marmotech coloured in the mixture.
It can be fed with charcoal or wood.
It comes with a 68x40 cm chrome-plated steel grid.
The cooking grid can be adjusted to 4 different heights depending on the needs.
The hearth plates are in refractory
Below the cooking chamber there is a compartment useful to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
Two glue tubes for assembly supplied.
NOTE.
The hood must be protected with a coat of quartz water-repellent paint for outdoor use, and the worktop with a transparent water-repellent treatment.
The barbecue is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar/glue for assembly. (included in the package).
Specifically, for this model it is necessary to purchase:
- 1 package of quartz paint;
- 1 package of protective liquid;
These are included among the accessories. Carefully read the instructions manual for all assembly operations.
