The Cordoba's frame is made entirely of refractory concrete mix and Marmotech, a special mixture of marble grit.
This combination of materials provides the structure with considerable thermal and mechanical resistance, ensuring its durability over time.
Near the cooking zone, also made of Marmotech, there is a bio stainless steel grill, which can be adjusted to four different cooking heights. This feature allows both to optimize the available space on the barbecue and reduce food preparation time.
Depending on the type of cooking required or desired, you can position the grill according to your preferences, thus increasing versatility.
The grid size is 68x37 cm and it guarantees wide and comfortable cooking surface.
In the lower part of the Cordoba you will also find two practical worktops, which can be used to conveniently store everything you need while using the barbecue. These worktops provide enough space for cooking utensils, food to be cooked, and even the wood or charcoal needed to start the fire.
