Discover the Brioni modular outdoor kitchen.
It consists of three different Palazzetti units combined together; grill unit, sink unit and work unit.
The combination of these three inserts results in a perfect machine for outdoor cooking, creating the right mix of storage space, comfort and functionality.
The structure is entirely made of refractory concrete, while the worktops are made of Marmotech. Marmotech is an innovative material made from concrete and marble granulate with a high heat and mechanical resistance. Only the hood is made in refractory concrete mixture.
As mentioned before, the kitchen consists of:
- Grill unit with 90x70x225 cm in size, weighing 450 Kg with grill and ash drawer
- 68x40 bio stainless steel grid, adjustable to 3 positions.
- Stainless steel sink insert with faucet complete with mixer 90x70x78 cm, weighing 210 kg.
- Additional work surface 70x70x78 cm, weighing 160 kg.
The kitchen ensures that the modules can be combined as desired, leaving the user complete freedom.
All three units are equipped with two lower compartments that have been specially designed to keep all kitchen tools within easy reach. These worktops are specifically designed to make the kitchen tidy and comfortable during the entire cooking process. It allows even several meals to be cooked simultaneously for different people without worrying about space.
The worktops are all polished for easy cleaning.
It can be fed with either charcoal or wood.

The kitchen is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar/glue for assembly.
We suggest to protect the hood with a coat of water-repellent paint for outdoor use (not included) and the worktops with a protective water-repellent liquid.
