MOVA LiDAX Ultra 800 - Robot Lawn Mower - Without Perimeter Wire

The MOVA LiDAX Ultra 800 robot lawn mower is an automated solution for the maintenance of medium to large domestic and residential surfaces.

Operation is fully autonomous thanks to the UltraView™ 2.0 navigation system with a 360° 3D LiDAR sensor.

The dual-map system allows for the autonomous management of two separate surfaces, using two charging stations. The robot stores the parameters of each zone and optimises mowing routes.

Each map can be divided into 150 distinct surfaces, with the option to exclude certain internal zones.

UltraTrim™ 1.0 technology allows mowing within 5 cm of edges, reducing the need for manual finishing.

AI vision recognises objects, animals and moving obstacles, ensuring safety and continuous operation.

The robot moves along optimised U-shaped paths to reduce cutting times, tackling slopes of up to 45% and obstacles up to 4 cm high.

The MOVAhome app is available for iOS and Android, enabling full remote management, real-time control and constant monitoring of the robot directly from a smartphone.

All the robot’s operational activities can be configured via the app:

• Scheduling of mowing days and time slots,
• Electronic cutting height adjustment (3–10 cm),
• Creating and modifying working areas,
• Setting restricted zones and customising routes
• Dual-map management for separate areas (feature only available with two charging stations).
• Configuration of decorative patterns such as hearts, squares or other graphic designs

From the interface, you can modify the boundaries, divide the lawn into multiple zones (up to 150) and optimise coverage according to seasonal requirements.

Smart management includes specific functions for the protection of pets:

The app integrates the TrueGuard™ system for active protection of the outdoor area:

The app allows you to manage the robot’s operational status in real time: start, pause, return to base, software updates and viewing of work statistics.

UltraView™ 2.0 integrates a 360° 3D LiDAR system combined with a 1080p camera to analyse the environment in real time and ensure intelligent, stable and precise navigation.

The 3D LiDAR sensor performs a continuous three-dimensional scan of the area with a 70-metre detection range, while the 1080p RGB HDR camera captures the surrounding environment. The integrated AI interprets the collected data to distinguish surfaces, obstacles, edges and variations in the ground.

The result is dynamic mapping, constantly updated while the machine is working.

The system is fully autonomous and requires no RTK antennas or external satellite references.

Localisation is achieved through direct environmental sensing, without relying on GPS signal quality.

UltraView™ 2.0 combines 3D scanning and artificial intelligence for advanced lawn management, with precise route control and continuous coverage optimisation.

Thanks to 3D LiDAR, the robot can mow even at night.

Installation does not require the laying of perimeter wire or the configuration of RTK antennas. Configuration is carried out only via the LCD display, the app and mapping.

Mapping can be performed via the app either manually (by moving the robot via the app) or automatically ( using 3D Lidar and a camera).

Once configured, operation is fully automatic:

• Start and scheduling of mowing sessions
• Automatic return to the charging station
• Resuming work from where it left off

The robot is protected by a PIN, which can be set during configuration.

Setup and mapping are fully guided within the app.

The system operates autonomously on a daily basis, minimising manual intervention and ensuring operational continuity over time.

The charging station can be positioned outside the working area. We recommend keeping at least 1 metre of free space on each side around the station to ensure proper access and facilitate the robot’s manoeuvres.

It is essential for the robot’s operation to have an internet connection covering the charging station area or to have the link module (NOT INCLUDED).

The robot operates smoothly and safely both day and night.

The rear-wheel drive system with high-grip off-road wheels ensures stability and control on challenging surfaces.

U-shaped navigation optimises area coverage by reducing overlaps.

The system navigates through corridors and narrow passages up to 60 cm wide, maintaining a stable trajectory and precise control.

The dual weather sensor detects rain and snow. In the event of precipitation, the robot automatically returns to base and resumes operation when conditions improve, without manual intervention.

With a noise level below 57 dB, the LiDAX Ultra ensures quiet operation even during relaxation time or at the weekend.

IPX6 certification allows the housing and underside to be washed directly under running water.

The MOVA LiDAX Ultra employs a structured U-shaped path, designed to ensure uniform coverage, neat lines and reduced overlap. The linear movement improves operational efficiency and maintains a visually consistent result across the entire surface.

The cutting height is electronically adjustable via the app within a range of 3 to 10 cm. The adjustment is precise and gradual, allowing for seasonal adaptation and differentiated management of different areas of the lawn.

The product is equipped with 3 cutting blades. The cutting diameter is 20 cm.

The UltraTrim™ 1.0 function enables extremely precise finishing along edges.
The cutting system cuts within 5 cm of walls, hedges and raised borders, significantly reducing uncut areas.

A movable disc optimises coverage near obstacles and, at the boundary between the lawn and paving, the robot follows the edge to achieve a clean, defined cut.
