The maximum thickness of the sheet is 150 mm. It is equipped with a handle with easy grip for easier operation and a regulator with 10 clearly visible positions, so you can quickly choose the sheet thickness.
Marcato also put attention to the ease of cleaning. In fact, the polymer resin scrapers clean automatically the Atlas Slide rollers during operation. With a simple brush you can easily clean the remaining pasta residues.
Atlas Slide cannot be washed with water nor in the dishwasher.
