The MACOM VAC7090 is a fully automatic vacuum sealer. It is characterised by a vertical configuration and a plastic machine body with stainless steel plates and a 30 cm long sealing bar.

Soft touch buttons control panel with LED light to visually control the vacuum phases.

It is possible to choose between 2 different vacuum speeds and 2 different type of sealing, for moist or dry food.

Crush Free Control device to stop vacuuming at any time and double sealing bar for even more secure sealing.

Equipped with roll holder and cutter to cut the bags to the desired size.

Operation and controls

The use of this machine is quite simple as it is completely automatic.

The main function of this appliance is to preserve the freshness and taste of food for longer while avoiding waste.

Description of the buttons on the machine:

SPEED - is the vacuum speed (low/high)
FOOD - for dry or moist food
VAC - to perform vacuum
ON/OFF - to turn the machine on and off
SEAL - to perform sealing
CANISTER - to vacuum pack with containers
STOP - to stop the vacuum process
LED LIGHTS - to see the chosen functions

Focus on the 30 cm sealing bar.

This machine can also vacuum pack with containers thanks to the connecting hose and the suitable container supplied.

Focus on the vacuum bag roll holder and cutter to cut the roll to the desired length.

The VAC7090 is equipped with a practical removable liquid recovery tray. There is also a sealing gasket useful to create an optimum seal to perform vacuum with the bags.

When the appliance is not in use, it is advisable to store the power cable in the dedicated compartment on the bottom of the machine.

The operation of this product is extremely simple.

Put the food inside the vacuum bag making sure to leave at least 10 cm between the food and the end of the bag
Check that the part to be sealed is perfectly clean
Set the vacuum speed and the type of food
Insert the open end of the bag on the sealing bar inside the vacuum chamber and start the vacuum process.
Remove the bag after the indicator light has gone out
