VAC 6090 Compact Vacuum Sealer

This Macom VAC 6090 compact vacuum sealer comes with a steel body and a 30 cm double sealing bar which allows for a tighter sealing.

Among its main functions there are:

  • four different vacuum packing modes;
  • two sealing settings for dry or moist food products;
  • to vacuum options (gentle - normal) for delicate foods;
  • specific marinating program;
  • air extraction hole to attach the connecting hose to vacuum pack with containers.

This machine mounts a practical vacuum bags holder and cutter on the inside which allows to cut the vacuum bags to the desired size according to your needs.

As a food-saving unit, this vacuum packaging machine can also be used in a vertical configuration.

WARNING: This vacuum machine (like all vacuum machines with external suction), is not suitable for processing products with a significant presence of liquids or flour. In this case it is strongly recommended to move towards a chamber vacuum machine.

It works exclusively with embossed bags.

Sealing bar

The double sealing bar, in addition to guarantee a tighter sealing, it also allows to seal bags up to 30 cm wide. The sealing bar is covered by a silicone gasket.

The machine also features a handy vacuum bags roll holder and cutter which allows to cut vacuum bags to different sizes according to the needs. It is possible to create a vacuum bag by simply pulling it out to the size needed and cutting it through the cutter located in front of the roll.

On the side there is an air extraction hole to attach the connecting hose to vacuum pack with containers.

Controls and operation

The controls are user-friendly and intuitive. also thanks to the LED lights which show the status of operations. Machine functions:

  • MODE:
    • Normal: Vacuum setting for normal food products
    • Gentle: Vacuum setting for delicate food products
  • FOOD
      • Moist: Vacuum setting for dry food products
      • Dry: Vacuum setting for wet or moist food products
  • CANISTER: to vacuum pack with containers
  • VAC SEAL: it starts the vacuum and sealing process
  • MARINATE: it starts the marinating process
  • SEAL: (it starts the sealing process (by pressing this button during the vacuum process, it is possible to interrupt and start the sealing process at any time, so as to be able to choose the amount of vacuum in the bag)
  • STOP: it stops the operations in progress

It is recommended to wait 40 seconds after vacuum and sealing operations before starting a new process.

Extremely easy vacuum sealer functioning

  1. Put the food inside the vacuum bag making sure to leave at least 10 cm between the food and the end of the bag
  2. Check that the part to be sealed is perfectly clean
  3. Insert the vacuum bag
  4. Close the bar by pressing firmly until the side buttons click into place
  5. Choose the desired program
  6. When the process is complete, unlock the lid using the side buttons.
