This BBQ model has been handcrafted from sturdy sheet metal. This wood-fired barbecues comes with a very durable structure but still proves very easy to use.
Ideal for outdoor cookout and barbecue fun with friends and family.

These BBQ models come with a "heavy-duty structure” entirely built from thick steel sheets. This makes them extremely resistant to the wear and tear action of fire over the years.

The wood combustion chamber is also crafted from thick sheet metal while the wood basket fire grate is made up of thick and sturdy steel bars.

The special coating on the structure of this BBQ (unlike the main handcrafted products) is made with high temperature resistant paint, which guarantees higher resistance than normal (except for the areas directly affected by fire).

A unique feature of this BBQ model is the special structure of the grid that features a juice recovery system with V grooves on the grate.

The very spacious cooking surface (2500 cm²) offers enough cooking space to meet every grill lover’s needs.
This user-friendly cooking station is very practical to use and provides ease of storage and transport. The flexible structure allows to transform this equipment into a portable cooking station thanks to the folding legs. In addition, the rear wheels make it easy to transport.

This BBQ model can be fuelled with both wood and charcoal. In fact, as an alternative to wood, it can also be fuelled simply with coal, thus being ready for cooking in just 4 minutes.

Supplied with the BBQ is the stainless steel grid, the wood basket fire grate, the ember spreader, the grease recovery pot and the flame protective panel.

This barbecue is manufactured in Italy by experienced craftsmen.

Wood combustion chamber

The wood combustion chamber is crafted from sturdy and extremely sturdy steel sheet and proves very practical for use.

It offers a very capacious surface to store the logs to be burned into the wood basket fire grate.

The flame protective panel acts a shield between the combustion chamber and the cooking area and can be conveniently removed. When mounted, it offers a greater protection from the heat produced by the flames. When removed, it makes it easier to access the wood combustion chamber, both for the management of wood and embers supply and to carry out cleaning operations.

The wood basket fire grate is very sturdy and made with steel bars.

The wood combustion chamber stays open on both sides to allow the operator to visually check the embers without the need to always stand by the BBQ.

The grate comes with 2 convenient handles to lift it and move it away from the main cooking area.

Focus on the cooking grate in stainless steel with juice recovery system. The special juice recovery system consist of a V groove grill grate which allows cooking juices and fats to be conveyed into the side pot without the risk of spilling on the ground.

In addition to the grate V grooves in stainless steel, the cooking grate is also structured with an horizontal V groove which helps the juices to be channelled into the removable side pot for the recovery and easy cleaning.
