Kasco Venus1 mask respirator with assisted ventilation to protect head, face, eyes, ears and airways from dust and organic gases/vapours. Lithium-ion battery-powered device that guarantees > 8 h of continuous operation. Visual and audible alarm that warns when battery and/or filter are low or need to be replaced. Positive pressure helps comfortable breathing even under stress.

The e-T5 electronic control unit provides a constant air flow for the entire working time. The control unit and battery are conveniently held on the belt.
Suctioned and filtered air is fed into the helmet via a control unit and connecting tube. The continuous air flow prevents the screen from fogging and eliminates any respiratory effort by offering protection and comfort to the Operator. The newly developed micro motor is a guarantee of silence and efficiency and features an average life of three times that of traditional motors.
The Venus1 one size full face mask is extremely lightweight, versatile and easy to clean and maintain. The mask body is made of EPDM, odourless and hypoallergenic. PVC harness with adjustable straps (5 fastening points to ensure maximum fit to the face). Polycarbonate screen ensuring optimum visibility (biocular visibility 93%).
Compact and sturdy control unit with one A2P3 combined filter. Its electronics guarantee many advantages:
- It allows checking the battery charging status The signal LED changes status and colour depending on the remaining charge level. The visual signal is accompanied by an audible signal when the battery reaches the minimum charge level.
- Monitor the filter clogging state: when as a result of clogging the air flow falls below the declared minimum value of 160 L/min the Operator is warned by a double visual and audible signal.
- It maintain constant air flow during 8 hours of use: air flow is therefore independent of the charge level of the battery connected.
One AP3 filter included, reusable, with EN 148-1 fitting.
Protective films purchasable separately. A pack including 10 films is already included in the packaging.
WARNING:
The mask must adhere perfectly to the Operators's face. It is necessary to adjust the straps and test the mask before starting operating in an hazardous environment. Beards and moustache compromises the tightness of the mask.
