The Grifo SPB professional tomato press is a tomato sauce processing machine created specifically to be used while assembled on its own bench, ergonomically designed for easy use and clean-up.
The machine body and ferrule are both made of food-grade polished die-cast aluminium, while the other components, such as the casing, funnel, chute and chute guard are made of food-grade PPL. Only the filter, or strainer, is made of stainless steel.
One of the great advantages of this machine is definitely its user-friendliness, since it can be completely disassembled and easily washed.
Equipped with a 220V-powered electric induction motor and a waterproof switch, the LC PLAST professional tomato press is certified in accordance with Machinery Regulation 89/392.
