Grifo Professional filter represents the perfect solution for a natural and high-quality food processing. With an intuitive and convenient design and a sturdy frame made of stainless steel, this filter ensures superior performance. High-quality, thick and durable linear nylon plates provide the perfect support for the filter layers.

The pumpis entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a distinctive element for hygiene and long-lasting durability.

With the power to store up to 20 filter cartons simultaneously, the FCP30 allows you to refine, polish and even sterilize a wide range of liquids, including wines, beers, oils, juices, vinegars, liqueurs, natural essences, herbal products and cosmetics.

Customize the use of the filter to suit your needs. You can use fewer filter cartons, such as 4, by simply removing unnecessary plates. The quality of filtration will remain the same, although the amount filtered will decrease slightly.

The machine is fitted on a stainless steel trolley with wheels: this ensures easy transportation.

Integrated Gauge: It monitors pressure with ease, thus guaranteeing a precise check of the filtering process.

Aisi 304 stainless steel pump

Aisi 304 stainless steel pump frame: this is a state-of-the-art pump, characterised by great durability and designed specifically to be compatible with liquid foods.

Aisi 304 stainless steel is one of the austenitic stainless alloys (also called high performance alloys or superalloys) produced with high percentages of binders (over 50% by weight) and which have a much higher resistance to corrosion than standard stainless steels.

The pump is self-priming, designed specifically for the operation of this wine filter.

Its structure allows it to accommodate up to 20 filter cartons simultaneously, offering the ability to perform roughing, polishing and sterilization processes (using the appropriate filter layers) on a wide range of beverages and liquids, such as wines, beers, oils, juices, vinegars, liqueurs, natural essences, herbal products and cosmetics.

Please note that even though the maximum capacity of the pump is designed to accommodate up to 6 filter cartons, the device is highly versatile and can operate with fewer cartons. For example, only 4 cartons can be used, simply by removing unnecessary plates.
