Grifo FCP20-OLIO Plate Filter for Oil with Oil Filtering Pump

The FCP20-OLIO PROFESSIONAL sheet filter for oil with 20 filter sheets belongs to the “Professional” range.

This machine is designed for filtering food liquids and is built with high quality construction materials.

The FCP20 oil filter is practical and easy to use and guarantees high product filtration.

The machine frame and powerful pump are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel which stands for high hygiene and durability.

It features linear nylon filter plates between which the filter sheets are inserted, a pressure gauge and a flow regulation valve.

The filter can house up to 20 filter sheets, but it can also work with a lower number, thus decreasing the quantity filtered per hour.

Extra fast and easy assembly and immediate replacement of the filter sheets and more importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations drastically reduced.

The machine is mounted on a stainless steel wheeled frame and features a built-in drain liquid collection tray.

Liverani EP MINI 3/4 pump

Stainless steel flexible impeller pump and nitrile impeller.

These pumps work at lower revolutions than other pumps to avoid heating and damaging the oil during filtration or transfer.

The gaskets located between the filter plates are in silicone.

The plates are the same in all filter types, the filter sheets that are mounted on them are V0 and E4 types.

When detached from the filter, the filtering pump can also be used as a common transfer pump.

The pump can also operate with fewer than the 20 filter sheets for which it is designed.
