This pneumatic fruit press of the PEA line features a membrane that swells with air and it’s ideal for processing grape, apples and fruit in general, to obtain musts, juices, cider and much more in a fast and easy way.
Unlike fruit hydraulic presses, pneumatic fruit presses exploit air pressure. The membrane expands when filled with air and presses the shredded fruit against the sides of the cage, extracting all the juices. (a small 25 L air compressor with a working pressure of 3 bar is sufficient for this process).
All materials used are suitable for food processing in accordance with applicable European directives.
The pressure equipment is protected by a safety valve set to 3.0 bar
The cage, as well as all the internal components of the machine, is in stainless steel, while the lid and the base are made of sturdy and durable aluminium.
It does not require particular maintenance: wash thoroughly with water after each use and store it in a room not exposed to sunlight.
