GRIFO DVEP30I Electric Grape Destemmer

The GRIFO DVEP30I (2.5 Hp) grape destemmeris built in food-grade enamelled steel and features a stainless steel grate and pump suitable for food contact.

The hinges for opening and the removable grate make it extremely easy to use and to clean.

The machine is therefore very durable and rust resistant. Compared to the enameled steel models, it is better suited to work with food products, being much more hygienic.

The GRIFO DVEP30I grape destemmer is an extremely professional product entirely made of stainless steel.

It features an innovative detachable frame that can be opened: a modern technology for a perfect and quick internal maintenance.

The hourly output is approx. 3000 Kg/h.

The machine mounts a 220 V powerful motor.

Upper loading hopper and auger screw

Compared to most grape crushers - destemmers on the market, this model features a special hopper designed for a more comfortable use. In fact, it is more compact than standard hoppers.

This feature greatly facilitates the operation of dropping the grapes into the loading hopper, whether you are using crates or other systems to tip them into the grape crusher - destemmer.

Focus on the auger screw (placed at the bottom of the machine under the stainless steel grate). It drags all the final product to the pump, which then transfers it to the containers.

Focus on the inner auger screw for dragging the grapes to be crushed.

2.5 Hp electric motor and chain drive

Powerful 2.5 Hp electric induction motor, which enables all the various mechanical components to be operated with a grater power range than the machine actually draws in all its functions.

Equipped with a red STOP emergency button, compliant with CE safety regulations

The side chain drive transmits the rotary motion from the motor to:

- the upper auger
- the intermediate rotor
- the lower auger screw up to the pump
- the pump

Side transmission protective case guard made of durable plastic.

All gears are made of hard plastic.

Detachable two-piece frame and stainless steel grate

Unlike the vast majority of models on the market, this grape destemmer is equipped with a detachable frame that can be quickly opened by means of dedicated locking hinges.

Advantages:
- it can be immediately inspected during use (in case of clogs, to remove debris, etc...)
- higher level of hygiene, allowing thorough cleaning and washing of the machine before and after destemming work.

The grate can be removed with extreme ease for cleaning operations, thanks to the guides that also act as protection for the grate itself.
