Equipped with interchangeable screens with various perforations, this stoning machine can be used with different types of fruit, offering versatility in the process. Thanks to its powerful integrated electric motor, all mechanisms are precisely driven, guiding the products through the rollers for initial crushing.
Next, the fruit arrives at the separating basket, where a fin beater performs a centrifugal action to effectively separate the pulp and juices from the central part of the fruit, leaving the stones on one side.
All key components of this machine, including the removable stainless steel grid, gears and nylon rollers, have been designed with the utmost precision and attention to detail to ensure a long service life
The adjustability of the rollers by means of special supports allows millimetre control of the crushing process.
The stoning machine allows an hourly output of 500 kg/h.
