The new Grifo Demi INOX destoner is designed to quickly destone a wide variety of fruits, including cherries, plums, and apricots in order to extract the delicious pulp.
Its sturdy and durable structure is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel.
Equipped with interchangeable sieves with various perforations, this destoner can be used with different types of fruit, offering versatility in the process. Thanks to its integrated powerful electric motor, all mechanisms are operated with precision, guiding the products through the rollers for initial crushing.
Subsequently, the fruit reaches the separation basket, where a winged beater performs a centrifugal action to effectively separate the pulp and juices from the central part of the fruit, leaving the pits on one side.
All key components of this machine, including the removable stainless steel grid, nylon gears, and rollers, have been designed with the utmost precision and attention to detail to ensure long-lasting durability.
The adjustability of the rollers through dedicated supports allows for millimeter control of the crushing process.
The pitter allows an hourly production of 500 Kg/h.
