GreenBay TSB 105 - Tractor-Mounted Stone Burier

The GreenBay TSB 105 tractor-mounted stone burier is an agricultural machine suitable for soil preparation for sowing.

This machine is equipped with a series of rotary hoes mounted on a central shaft, which is connected to the power take-off of a tractor or other agricultural vehicles.

The stone burier's hoes rotate at high speed and penetrate the soil, cutting and moving the soil to create an even, smooth surface for sowing.

Thanks to its ability to work deep into the soil, the GreenBay TSB 105 stone burier can also be used to break up compact soil and remove the roots belonging to any previous crop.

It is equipped with a reverse rotation system compared to conventional tillers, which enables stones to be removed from the ground surface efficiently.

The mesh roller is an agricultural tool employed for soil tilling. It is composed of a steel cylinder with a mesh surface that can be height-adjustable in order to fit to the soil specific needs.

The working depth of the stone burier can vary according to the type and settings chosen. It can work the soil up to a depth of 12 cm, removing stones on the surface layer, thus providing good aeration and adequate drainage.

The mesh roller is employed to level the terrain before sowing, reducing the creation of soil surface crusts and improving water and air penetration into the ground.

Furthermore, it can be employed to break up lumps of soil and to create an even, smooth surface, with height adjustment system to suit specific soil requirements.

The forged hoes are highly sturdy, ensuring excellent performance even in difficult soil conditions.

Finally, the rear casing is adjustable to ensure precise and accurate work.

The hoes of a stone burier are the machine components that perform the tilling of the soil.

They feature sharp blades mounted on a central shaft that rotates at high speed.

The hoes are placed at regular intervals along the stone burier's central shaft, and can be height-adjusted to suit specific soil and crop requirements.

When using the machine, the hoes penetrate the soil and loosen it, breaking up clumps of ground and creating an even, smooth surface suitable for sowing. Furthermore, hoes can be employed to remove the roots of any previous crop, to aerate the soil and to enhance its structure.

The stone burier's hoes are made of high-strength steel to ensure a long service life and greater efficiency when tilling the soil. Moreover, they can be easily replaced if they are worn or damaged.

Gearbox in oil bath.. The housing is made of cast iron, while the internal gears are made of hardened steel. Equipped with lubricated extension.

This machine is equipped with a freewheel device (or additional joint) built in the gearbox; this ensures a long service life of all the moving parts of the machine, preventing the kickback that would be caused by changing from 540 rpm to 0 rpm and allowing the rotor to turn freely until it stops.
