The IM 9000 pasta maker by Girmi combines excellent build quality with ease of use. This machine model guarantees great reliability and durability.
To ensure the absence of harmful metal powders, the construction materials on the pasta makers model by Girmi are suitable for food contact. The rollers are made of anodized aluminium alloy and the scrapers of polymer resin. The machine body is made of chromed steel
The maximum thickness of the sheet is 150 mm. The machine features a handle with easy grip that makes processing easier, and a regulator with 9 clearly visible positions, so you can quickly choose the sheet thickness.
With this machine you can both make excellent pasta sheets and cut them:
- Basic machine
The basic item features a roller with 9 thickness levels, so you can make homemade pasta the way you prefer, 150 mm wide.
- Double cutter roller
The double roller supplied allows you to cut the pasta sheets (previously rolled out with the pasta maker) and prepare both tagliatelle and spaghetti
Girmi also put attention to the ease of cleaning. In fact, the polymer resin scrapers clean automatically the IM9000 rollers during operation. With a simple brush you can easily clean the remaining pasta residues.
Girmi IM9000 cannot be washed with water nor in the dishwasher.
