Ginko 706 - Diesel Two-wheel Tractor - Loncin D350F - 8HP

Heavy-duty, large-sized two-wheel tractor, intended for intensive work on uneven and sloping terrain.

The manufacturer pre-tests each two-wheel tractor one by one, providing a ready-to-use machine. The oils are all at level and assembly is limited to the wheels (4+4 screws) and the tiller.

The GINKO two-wheel tractors are Made in Italy, which guarantees reliability, construction and material quality.

This model in particular is reversible, i.e. it allows for the attachment of compatible accessories (not the tiller). It features a ductile cast iron reversible gearbox with exceptionally hardened steel gears in an oil bath.

The gearbox features 6 gears: 3 forward + 3 reverse with reverser, allowing both rear and front-mounted implements to be used at the appropriate operating speed.

The gearbox is lever-operated; the steering handles are height- and side-adjustable.

This machine is fitted with a Loncin 349 cc diesel engine.

The two-wheel tractor is supplied half assembled and with full engine oil. The tiller, wheels and a few other parts still need to be assembled.

The assembly is quite simple and is clearly explained in the instructions manual.

Warning: these machines are tested by the manufacturer before being shipped. Therefore, the engine is already filled with oil at level and there is a minimum amount of fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already at level.

Remember that it is always a good idea to:
1) check the engine oil level
2) put oil in the filter because it is not present (in case of filter in oil bath)
3) carefully read the instructions manual before carrying out any oil check and topping up operation (the manufacturer can modify the supply modalities specified in the two upper points without any prior notice).

The reversible feature allows this two-wheel tractor to be used with different functions.

The two-wheel tractor features 6 gears in total: 3 forward gears in milling mode (i.e. with tiller attachment fitted, or plough, furrower, etc.) 3 forward gears + 3 reverse gears (with reverser) with the machine in reversed position for front attachments (i.e. with sickle bar attachment, rough cut mower, snow plough, etc...)

The good number of gears allows both rear and front attachments to be used with the appropriate operating speed and with extreme versatility.

The steering handles are cushioned and 180° reversible.

Height-adjustable:

different height positions which can be set by means of a lever located between the steering handles.

Side-adjusting system:

The steering handles can be set in three positions sideways, thanks to the locking lever. This allows the operator to easily move the machine forward on firm ground.

One of the most peculiar aspect is that they are mounted on a sturdy anti-vibration system which dampens the vibrations generated by the engine and the transmission in operation, increasing working comfort especially when operating the machine for several hours.
Few two-wheel tractors on the market today are equipped with an anti-vibration system.

Hold-to-run dual clutch controls

• Red lever: hold-to-run clutch lever to move the machine forward
• Black lever: clutch lever.

The gear lever is located to the right of the operator (lever with red knob on the bottom right). PTO engagement is activated and deactivated by the lever on the left (lever with the black knob).

The lever on the left with the red knob is the reverser.

The tiller features a quick hitch which allows the implement to be quickly removed to replace it with another attachment or simply to speed up storage of the machine.

Tiller: 70 cm adjustable with quick hitch (hoes width 65 cm, can be narrowed to a minimum of 45 cm)

Safety systems:
- impossibility to engage the tiller attachment in reverse gear when the operator is working on the tiller side (by means of the lever with the black knob)
- the machine drive stops when the steering handles are released in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE

The two-wheel tractor mounts large pneumatic wheels with adjustable rim which allow the track width to be widened as required, ensuring a safe and uniform movement.
