Once one of the 4 gears has been selected, it is also possible to adjust the speed (reducing it) simply by applying pressure to the brake pedal (decelerating).

The RIDING-ON MOWER is designed and intended for cutting grass exclusively in gardens and parks (and not on other types of terrain), characterised by level surfaces without irregularities, free of stones or other solid objects, and with grass kept as a "lawn" (i.e. no uncultivated/wild grass), which should be cut regularly, avoiding letting it grow beyond 25/30 cm (which most riding-on mowers are unable to cut). Also avoid slopes greater than 15% (=9°), except for 4x4 models.

Please also note that grass should only be cut when both the lawn and the ground underneath are completely dry.
