RIGHT REGULATION OF THE WORKING HEIGHT (7 - 8 cm high)

There are several heights of the rear towing hook of quad. Therefore, the quad has to be located at a sufficiently from the ground lifted position so as to absolutely avoid that hammers touch the ground.

The excat working height of the hammers is minimum 7-8 cm.

WARNING: in case of frequent impact of the hammers on the ground, this can cause the excessive wear of the side transmission belts or even their overheating or combustion with damages to the belts and the product itself.

We suggest to pay attention to this circumstances of "excessive effort on behalf of the product" since the noise of the excessive load produced by the machine could sometimes not be acknowledged by the operator seated on the quad due to the high noise produced by the quad itself.

FORWARD SPEED:

A common mistake made by the operators is the speed during use, since the quad can indeed induce this mistake given its possibility to proceed with high speed.

The petrol flail mower for quad has to be used at the same speed as the flail mowers for tractors or the smaller petrol ones activated manually by the operator.

Speed: from 1 km/h up to max 4 km/h

In case of especially tall grass we highly recommend not to exceed 1 / 1.5 km/h.

In case of low and frequently cut grass, you can also reach 4 km/h.

The flails are mounted on sturdy 12 mm diameter hardended steel bolts.

Focus on the flails mounted on the rotating roller.

Focus on the roller supporting bracket. The holes on the bracket allow adjusting the height setting. The roller can be set in 6 different positions.

Standard-supplied adjustable side skids. The skids are adjustable as well.
