- Double cutter roller
The double roller supplied allows you to cut the pasta sheets (previously rolled out with the pasta maker) and prepare both tagliatelle and spaghetti
G3FERRARI also puts great attention to the ease of cleaning. In fact, the polymer resin scrapers automatically clean the Sfoglia Easy rollers during operation. With a simple brush you can easily clean the remaining pasta residues.
Sfoglia Easy can not be washed with water nor in the dishwasher.
