FIMAR TC22SN electric meat mincer.

The machine body is entirely built in polished aluminium, this ensures high protection against external elements.

The hopper plate, the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Equipped with an 1100 W asynchronous induction electric motor powered at 400V.

The hourly output is ~250 Kg/h, this makes this meat mincer suitable for professional use.

This meat mincer is designed for a counter top use.

Removable grinding unit

This machine features a fully removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole chamber of the auger (worm screw), knife and die plate.

The feeder tube that brings the meat from the funnel to this chamber will however remain attached to the machine body and will need to be cleaned separately unlike other machines that have a removable body.

Motor and transmission - Machine body

This machine is equipped with a 1100 W asynchronous induction electric motor powered at 400 V.

The motor is completely covered by the machine body made in food-grade polished die-cast aluminium.

Gear transmission in oil bath, for maximum efficiency and resistance while working.

Operation is easy, safe and user-friendly thanks to the controls located at the base of the machine.

Equipped with anti-vibration rubber feet

All machine components are of high quality.

Meat mincer

The body of the TC22SN meat mincer is completely made of polished die-cast aluminium.

The whole removable grinding unit, the hopper, the cutting plate with Ø 6mm holes and the self-sharpening knife, instead, are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.
