This model, with its fixed head and compact design, guarantees excellent mixing capacity in artisan or industrial settings of small and medium production. The tank has a capacity of 32 litres, allowing the processing of up to 25 kg of dough per cycle, with an hourly output of about 75 kg/h.
The Fimar 25SB is designed for high safety and maximum hygiene. All parts in contact with the dough, such as the bowl, spiral and dough splitter rod, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material resistant to corrosion and suitable for food contact. The machine is equipped with a safety microswitch on the smoked polycarbonate lid, which prevents operation if the lid is open, thus preventing operational risks.
The three-phase motor has an output of 1.5 kW (equivalent to 2 HP). The standard spiral speed is 90 rpm, with a maximum of 180 rpm at the second speed. This function allows for more efficient processing depending on the type of dough, ensuring reduced time and optimal results.
