The Fimar 20LN spiral mixer is a professional machine designed for making soft doughs, such as those for bread, pizza and piadina.
Equipped with a 20 litre tank, it guarantees a dough capacity of up to 16 kg per cycle, ideal for meeting the needs of bakeries, pizzerias and artisan workshops.
This model, thanks to its power of 0.55/0.37 kW and the double speed of 90–180 rpm, allows an optimal and homogeneous processing even on large quantities, with an hourly production of 48 kg of dough.
Designed to operate on three-phase power, this Fimar mixer is suitable for continuous use.
The outer structure is coated with scratch-resistant paint to resist wear and maintain its aesthetic appearance over time. Food contact components such as tank and spiral are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material that ensures maximum hygiene and corrosion resistance.
Safety is guaranteed by the presence of a microswitch on the smoked polycarbonate tank cover, which blocks the machine operation when it is opened.
