FIMAR 18SR Dough Mixer with Tilting Head

The Fimar 18SR spiral mixer is a professional machine designed for producing soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piadina dough.

This model is equipped with a tilting head and a removable tank, features that facilitate cleaning and dough handling. With a 22 litre tank capacity and 18 kg maximum dough per cycle, it is ideal for bakeries, pizzerias and artisan shops.

The structure of the mixer is coated with scratch-resistant paint, while the parts that are in contact with the dough, such as the tank, spiral and dough-splitting rod, are made of stainless steel to ensure maximum hygiene and durability.

Additionally, the tank lid is made of grey polycarbonate, providing a safe view of the dough during processing. The inclusion of a safety micro-switch on the lid ensures high operational protection.

This mixer features two adjustable speeds, with a spiral rotation speed ranging from 90 to 180 rpm. This feature allows precise and even dough control. The motor power is either 0.55 or 0.75 kW based on the selected speed.

Its compact size, together with its 68 kg net weight, make it manoeuvrable and easy to place in any workshop.

With its state-of-the-art technical features and sturdy frame, the Fimar 18SR spiral mixer is a reliable choice for those who require high performance, precision and user-friendliness when processing different types of dough. It is an ideal investment for professionals who value quality and durability.

Tilting Head and Removable Tank
