This meat mincer is designed for a counter top use.

The hopper plate, the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Pestle made of food-grade ABS

Equipped with an 1100 W asynchronous induction electric motor powered at 400V.

The hourly output is ~300 Kg/h, this makes this meat mincer suitable for professional use.

Its simple and functional design makes the machine pleasing to the eye and extremely easy to clean.

The machine body is entirely built in polished aluminum, this ensures high protection against external elements.

Fully removable grinding unit.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole auger unit (worm screw), the blade and the die plate.

The feeder tube that brings the meat from the funnel to this chamber will however remain attached to the machine body and will need to be cleaned separately unlike other machines that have a removable body.

Removable grinding unit in stainless steel

This machine features a fully removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine.

The body of the TC22SN meat mincer is completely made of polished die-cast aluminum.

The whole removable grinding unit, the hopper, the die plate with Ø 6mm holes and the self-sharpening blade, instead, are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

whereas the size of the meat outlet is ø 82 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.
