FAMA MIGNON GMR RETRÓ cheese grater, entirely manufactured in Italy with top-quality materials.

Belonging to the retro series, this machine is also aesthetically pleasing.

Bordeaux red painting with black and gold lines that run along the main curves of the machine, to highlight them.

Equipped with a 380W asynchronous induction electric motor powered by 230 V.

Compact and lightweight.

Simple and elegant design, extremely easy to clean.

The cheese grater hourly production is 30 Kg/h.

The machine body is made of food-grade die-cast aluminium.

Equipped with a removable drum, which allows you to easily clean the inside of the grater.

The grater opening is 11x6.5 cm.

Equipped with microswitch on the opening of the grater.

11x6 cm punched stainless steel drum.

The size of the grater opening is 11x6.5 cm.

Focus on the on/off switch.

The machine is equipped with a safety micro-switch that allows operation only with the food pusher lowered;

Lower safety protection grid which prevents access to the drum also from the lower part;

This machine is only suitable for hard cheese (such as mature Parmesan). It is not suitable for soft cheese (such as Emmental)
