Kawasaki engine

The Kawasaki TJ 53 EC is a 53.2 cc, 2-stroke, air-cooled and horizontal axis engine.

This type of engine has the highest power/weight ratio compared with other models of the same category, which makes it particularly suitable for professional and intensive uses.

Equipped with a single-cylinder, it’s capable of reaching a maximum power of 2.68 Hp at 8500 rpm.

It is equipped with a centrifugal clutch and diaphragm carburettor, which can be started very easily by means of the self-recovery recoil start and choke adjustment lever.

It is also equipped with lighter piston, dynamically balanced flywheel and Kawasaki's patented layered exhaust system.

Equipped with 1.1 L fuel tank, the Kawasaki TJ 53 EC engine runs on oil-fuel mix.

Euromech transmission shaft, bevel gear and line head

The Euromech transmission shaft consists of an aluminium tube with a diameter of 28 mm which contains an 8 mm inner shaft made of high-strength steel.

It results to be lightweight and sturdy, ensuring a long service life.

The materials used for both the shaft and inner shaft are of the highest quality and Made in Italy.

The Euromech bevel gear is entirely made of light alloy. It features a good size, turning out to be lightweight but sturdy.

The crown gear and pinion are made of high-strength steel of the highest quality, extremely suitable to withstand mechanical strain.

Focus on the large stone guard with additional protective band equipped with removable counter blade. It has to be assembled for operating with the Tap’n Go line head and disassembled for operating with the blades or other types of accessories.

Handle and controls

The Euromech brush cutter with Kawasaki TJ 53 EC engine is equipped with a single soft touch handle that is extremely comfortable.

This handle is very versatile because it can be conveniently tilted and adjusted as desired.

The super comfortable soft touch high handle of this brush cutter reduces fatigue, allowing you to use the cutting tool in the right position and angle while keeping both arms extended and relaxed.

The high handle is called soft touch because it is soft rubber-coated.

In addition, it can be slid further forwards or backwards along the shaft tube, as all you need to do is loosen the 4 screws on its mounting bracket.
