The EURO 420 PRO INOX model is intended to be used in supermarket chains: a product to be used intensively and to the maximum of its performance.

This type of vacuum packaging machines features all possible automatic systems/cycles, making these efficient vacuum sealers suitable for all types of packing. They are able to operate with:

  • bags
  • polycarbonate containers
  • multiple bags

The high capacity of the vacuum pump makes them extremely fast in the packaging process.

The machine has a sturdy construction while being lightweight and easy to store.

It works exclusively with embossed bags.

Sealing bar

The machine can perform vacuum packing with bags up to 40 cm in width. Equipped with a silicone gasket, for sealing near the sealing bar.

WARNING: This vacuum machine (like all vacuum machines with external suction), is not suitable for processing products with a significant presence of liquids or flour. In such circumstances it is strictly necessary to choose a chamber vacuum machine.

Controls and operation

Vacuum time adjustment
With this model it is possible to adjust the vacuum level manually according to your needs and the type of product to be packaged.

The process is fully automatic and once the lid is lowered, the machine starts working on its own in complete autonomy.

The duration of the automatic vacuum cycle can be set using the setting buttons (in an infinite different settings). Thus, when vacuuming the bag, the machine will start working, performing an aspiration according to the duration pre-set by the operator.

Sealing times adjustment
The sealing time can also be adjusted as desired and according to the type of product.

The machine remains set to the factory default settings, but can be changed at any time.

MANUAL MODE. This function is used to obtain a partial vacuum inside the bag when the packaged food could be damaged by excessive compression of the bag (e.g.: salad, berries, soft bread, soft cheeses, some types of sweets, etc...)

The START/STOP button can be used to stop the vacuum process.

The user-friendly and essential display indicates:

  • vacuum data on the left
  • sealing data on the right

The lid is equipped with a spring-loaded opening and a sensor to start the vacuum cycle; therefore, to start the bag aspiration process, simply hold the handle and lower the machine lid.

The vacuum cycle will start automatically and the machine will start vacuuming the bag.

Once vacuuming has started, the lid can be left on immediately as it remains closed tightly, until the air has been completely extracted from the bag.

At the end of the cycle the lid will open (and lift up) automatically.

vacuum level indicator (very useful especially in the use of the manual cycle or vacuum only for jars, it allows to determine the exact vacuum level required)

Timing and automatic cooling system

Professional external filter to collect the suction condensate. It separates any solid and liquid residues collected by the vacuum machine during air suction. Equipped with a transparent polycarbonate bottom container with simple bayonet opening for emptying.

ATTENTION: the filter only serves to increase the protection of the machine and its pump in the event of accidental aspiration of small quantities of liquids or flour. This vacuum machine (like all vacuum machines with external suction), is not suitable to be used with products with a significant presence of liquids or flour. In such circumstances it is strictly necessary to choose a chamber vacuum machine.
