The Enotecnica Pillan F30 cardboard filter is a wine filter made of AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for filtration from roughing to sterilisation.
It is designed for small and medium-sized wineries that require a sturdy and hygienic filter. The frame, components and pump are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long life.
The system is mounted on a trolley with wheels and equipped with an integrated recovery tray to contain any liquid residues. The pump is self-priming, made by Ebara, with a variable flow rate from approximately 720 to 1,320 L/h, regulated by a pressure gauge and valve to manage the pressure.
The 0.5 HP, 230 V, 2,800 rpm induction motor has IP 44 protective rating. The system can hold up to 30 filter sheets measuring 200×200 mm, with a filtering surface area of 1.2 s.q. m., and supports the installation of different types of filter sheets depending on the clarification or sterilisation requirements.
The filter cartridges can be replaced quickly and safely thanks to the central clamping handwheel. The filter requires only routine cleaning and no specific maintenance.

- Number of filter sheets (30): this filter uses 30 standard 200×200 mm filter sheets, optimised for wine filtration. This large capacity allows for high production in a short time.
- Filtering surface (1.2 s.q. m.): the large surface area promotes effective filtration while maintaining a high flow rate. The constant flow allows for uniform and rapid filtration.
- Hourly production (720 ÷ 1,320 L/h): the variable flow rate adapts to different filtration stages, from rough filtration to sterilisation. The filter can handle medium to high production loads smoothly.
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction: all parts in contact with the wine are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and long-term resistance. The material withstands humid environments and constant stress.
