DCG PM1600 comes with a hand-operated pasta maker and interchangeable double cutter roller. It is a classic machine for homemade pasta, which allows you to roll out the lasagna sheets to the desired thickness (thanks to a special adjustment system). Additionally, you can cut the sheets thanks to the two cutter rollers that come with the product.
- Basic pasta maker
The basic pasta maker allows you to roll out the dough into lasagna sheets or sheets to be cut in order to obtain other types of long pasta. You can adjust the roller spacing to obtain the desired thickness. It is equipped with a crank handle for manual operation and a clamp to secure it to the table top.
- Interchangeable double cutter roller
The supplied double roller allows you to cut the previously rolled out pasta sheets into long pasta of various thickness
