The DCG Eltronic PM1500 is a hand-operated pasta maker with two cutter rollers. The rollers enable to roll out pasta with the desired thickness (thanks to a proper regulator located on the side of the machine). Moreover, thanks to the two cutter rollers, it is possible to cut the sheet into different types of long pasta.
- Pasta rollers
The basic machine is suitable for rolling out the pasta into lasagna sheets (or sheets to cut to obtain different types of long pasta). It is possible to adjust the distance between the drums to obtain the sheet of the desired thickness. It is equipped with crank and clamp to secure it to the table.
- Two cutter rollers
The supplied cutter rollers allow you to cut the previously rolled out pasta sheets.
