COMET APS 31 Electric Sprayer Pump

Comet APS 31 electric sprayer pump is suitable for weeding and spraying treatments, in small or medium crops, parks, gardens, vegetable gardens, greenhouses and for spreading detergents and colours in water solution.

This electric sprayer pump with single-phase motor can be applied on carts, wheelbarrows and on trailed or wheeled sprayers.

Flanged pump with electric motor with speed reducer, equipped with control group, mounted on a base.

This is a HEAVY-DUTY electric sprayer pump with high-performance and high durability over the years, entirely Made in Italy by COMET (except for the motor).

NOTE:

If products containing minerals such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, washing should be carried out at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump. It is advisable to disassemble several parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and diaphragms, in order to clean out any agglomerated residues sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.

Technical Features

Three-membrane configuration. This guarantees exceptional durability and reliability, as well as minimum maintenance.

The suction-discharge valves, all arranged on the pump discharge side, are easy to check. The valve is made with stainless steel site and plate.

It is equipped with 2 standard outputs, which can be used to connect the already mentioned equipment for treatments. It also has a side cap that allows you to apply a third outlet if necessary.

The black side fitting is the overflow outlet. That is, all the pumped liquid which is not used by the equipment comes out of that fitting, and it must therefore be sent back with a piece of hose to the tank where the liquid being dispensed is contained.

You can also use this overflow to mix the liquid.
