Machine for spraying treatments in crops, vineyards and orchards of small and medium size.

It is specifically designed for all orchards and crops that do not need vertical spraying, the air flow and therefore also the spraying of the chemical is directly aimed at the sides, typically for apple and pear orchards and modern vineyards that do not need area coverage.

The adjustable fans made of reinforced nylon and aerodynamic shape with adjustable inclination provide excellent weather resistance.

The size of the fan is the most important element of a mist blower, as it determines:

• the power of the air jet (the greater the fan diameter, the greater the amount of air it produces, the greater the ability of the machine to carry out the treatment at greater heights or distances)
• the fineness of the atomisation (the greater the power and quantity of the air, the greater the mini-particles of liquid will be disaggregated)
• working at lower tractor engine speeds (to achieve the same performance as a fan with a smaller diameter)

Polyethylene full-emptying tank, with a capacity of 300 L. It is resistant to all chemicals, triple impact resistance, all parts are inclined to avoid sedimentation of the plant protection mixture.

CAUTION: It is strongly recommended that you carefully check the lifting capacity of your tractor, taking into account the total weight of the machine when fully loaded.

Mist blowers with this type of deflector are ideal for small and medium-sized orchards, olive groves and vineyards. The function of the deflector is to direct the air flows produced by the fan so that the jet, carried by the air flow, only covers the area to be treated with the product inside the tank.

The special feature of this type of mist blower is its tower-shaped conveyor. The conveyor allows a more precise, powerful and uniform air flow, creating a lateral spray aimed at the plant.

The air flow is therefore directly concentrated towards the objective (leaves and plants), not where there is no vegetation. This prevents the product from dispersing, ensuring a better treatment quality.

Stainless steel nozzle holders are divided into two parts, a left one with 5 jet nozzles and a right one with the other 5 jet nozzles.

Each brass jet nozzle with anti-drip features 3 positions, which can be changed by simply rotating the nozzle manually on its axis (three clicks, one for each position):

• nozzle with larger hole (higher liquid delivery)
• central position = closed jet
• nozzle with smaller hole (lower liquid delivery)

Comet APS 51 aluminium pump is used for spraying treatments in medium and large crops.

The parts directly touching the liquid are made of anodized aluminium, resistant to corrosion. Three-membrane configuration. Interior manifolds. The valve has a stainless steel seat and plate.

The two side valves feed the right and left sectors of the fan respectively.

Control lever for opening or closing the control unit.

This means that you can also activate the two sectors separately, e.g. activate only the jets on the right side or only on the left side (e.g. when you are working on the edge of your field).
