Ceccato Triton Big - Professional Three-Phase garden Shredder - With disc and hammers

The Ceccato TRITONE BIG electric 10 HP three-phase professional garden shredder is suitable for shredding large quantities of plant waste with a maximum diameter of 8 cm.

An entirely Italian product, equipped with a powerful three-phase motor, a large loading hopper to facilitate the insertion of the various branched material and a discharge chute positioned at a height of 1.65 m.

The wood chipper / shredder allows reducing the weeds and twigs to an easy to handle and suitable size for composting. The crushing of the material reduces the time required for its decomposition.

Provided with two large pneumatic wheels with high-quality steel rims.

Cutting system of approximately 46 cm diameter, with 2 front knives, 10 knives / hammers and 2 counter-blades.

This wood chipper is MADE IN ITALY and is built following the logic of the large-sized garden shredders, thus obtaining the best results in terms of cut, speed and reliability; it complies with CE regulations on safety at work.

The machine conforms to the latest and most stringent EU regulations.

The total weight of this product is 165 kg.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and chipper, it is not suited for the shredding of grass, leaves, pine needles, etc.… (It is made to shred branches, but it can grind the leaves, needles and certain other vegetation may be attached to them)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them.

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

Simplifies and speeds up the work.
It eliminates the constant division operation (before grinding) of the material between the major sections and woody and smaller sections and green, each of which is inserted in its special hopper (operation instead request from all the classic wood chipper equipped with 2 hoppers )

• SELF-OPERATING:

Once introduced the branches are into the hopper, it tends to pull them inside on its own. This is possible thanks to the hopper designed in an almost vertical position. Assisted by the the force of gravity, the mechanism manages to pull in the branches to be ground.

WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

Focus on the handle that facilitates the transport of the shredder.

The central rotor consists of 2 steel discs, firmly coupled to each other.

These represent an extremely sturdy unit (which constitutes the main part of the shredder) of truly higher size, strength and performance.

This rotor is therefore among the most sturdy and smallest on the market.

Equipped with 2 large cutting blades. They pre-shred the wood in the hopper by crushing it in rough pieces.

Provided with 10 chipping blades (or hammers) in tempered still rotating at a high-speed. Thanks to their centrifugal movement they reduce the branches in small pieces.

Its 2 counter-blades ensure highly-superior performances.

The outer shredding chamber (the largest and most sturdy in its class) is proportionate in size to the rotor it contains. It is very large and rounded shaped. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability in time.

The machine structure is 100 % made of steel. No part of the machine is made of plastic.

New reinforced super-resistant cutting blades: 2 large-sized shredding blades. They pre-shred the wood in the hopper by crushing it in rough pieces (2 highly-thick blades to be fixed with 4 tempered bolts).

Focus on the hammer: 10 chipping blades (or hammers) in tempered still rotating at a high-speed. With their centrifugal motion they shred the wood in very small fragments.

Focus on the counter-blades: This is the main feature that makes it the number one in its class and a highly-professional product. These counter-blades, once assembled the hopper, are very close to the 2 rotating shredding blades fixed on the rotor shown in the picture above. Therefore, the "Blade + Counter-blade" system makes shredding operations easy and efficient, decreasing at the same time the strain on the engine.

Focus on the sieve: This model is one of the few equipped with the SELF-CLEANING SIEVE, attachable and removable, which allows the shredded material to be discharged exclusively once perfectly shredded by the hammers. The sieve is equipped with 2 support bolts which allow assembling or disassembling it at the opening outlet. Removing the sieve will produce coarser wood pieces, maximising the hourly output of the shredder. By mounting the sieve the shredding capacity of the machine will be maximised, producing finer fragments.

INTERMEDIATE REINFORCED DRIVE BELT.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the engine and the internal grinding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

High-quality three-phase electric motor with 10 HP power that guarantees perfect chipping.

In case of a rotor blockage caused, for example, by too large branch, stones, etc., there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the engine, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

Much longer service life than the traditional systems still used by all manufacturers with an internal combustion engine directly connected to the shredding apparatus.
