Ceccato Olindo BULL SPLE11-POLH - Petrol log splitter - Multi-position

Bull SPLE11-POLH log splitter by Ceccato Olindo is an electric single-phase multi-position log splitter with 4 different operating positions that allow choosing between vertical, horizontal and 30° or 60° tilted positions.

With its 11 ton splitting force ensured by the 4-stroke GX200 Honda engine, it can break knotty logs of different sizes up to max. 54 cm in height and a max. diameter of 50 cm.

It is equipped with a large capacity pump that ensures high splitting force and operating speed, 2 wheels that allow easy transport and adjustable piston limit switch control system.

This SPLE11-POLH heavy-duty log splitter can operate very quickly, and it is equipped with special safety devices to protect the Operator while working.

Moreover, its multi-position configuration makes it extremely easy to transport. When it comes to the horizontal or tilted configuration, transporting the log splitter requires minimum effort.

ATTENTION:

The log splitters in this category are not suitable for working with wood with particularly twisted fibres, such as poplar or pine, with large diameters and, in any case, types of wood with frequent knots. In this case, it is advisable to opt for professional models. In addition, logs should only be split once they have been dried, and not when they are green; when wood is green, it is less likely to split and open up and is therefore less suitable for use with a log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and is ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc.

WEDGE: cutting wedge with 3° tilt towards the frame.

LOWER CONTROL ARM LEVERS: shortened levers on the log supporting arms. Thus, their positioning in compliance with the height measures stated in the Directive. The indicative shape has been specifically selected to prevent the possible fall of the log towards the Operator.

HYDRAULIC HOSES: we have increased the hose diameter for ensuring a lower oil temperature. Cable protection and shielding with Ceccato Olindo screen-printed canvas sheathing with steel studs. In case of damage or burst of the hose, this holds the oil and vaporises it without any risk of injury.

LOG GUARD: in order to prevent cut logs from hitting the Operator when the machine is used in horizontal position.

OIL FILTER: To make it easier to clean the oil filter ensuring a longer service life for the hydraulic system, we have replaced the former wire mesh filter mounted inside the tank with a high-quality external hydraulic filter with a 25 NM-B>2 filtration degree.

Each machine model features all the specifications required in accordance with the Directive. Thus, all the use and maintenance instructions are properly upgraded.

The Ceccato log splitter is in compliance with the DIN EN 609-1: 2017 Directive.

The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump on the petrol engine that draft the oil from the tank to the hydraulic piston.

The frame of the machine structure itself acts as the hydraulic oil tank.

This log splitter is made with thick enamelled steel sections and provided with wheels for easy transport and front supports for secure positioning on the ground.

The cutting plate is placed on the supporting frame and is provided with a locking pin to fix it in the position needed.

This machine complies with the security Directives in order to guarantee a completely safe operation.

The log splitter is equipped with a built-in variable speed cylinder drive circuit.

The control levers for operating the machine must necessarily be operated by the Operator using both hands, for avoiding any kind of injury.

Simply pull the levers toward you to operate the machine: when light pressure is applied, the log splitter makes the pushing cylinder move quickly until it comes into contact with the log.

By applying more pressure on the control handles, the piston considerably slows down its speed and increases the wedge splitting force of up to 11 tons.

Single or double speed can be selected by simply pressing down on the control handles with more or less pressure. Once the wedge will contact the log, the Operator will automatically know how much pressure to apply on the handles so that the wedge concentrates all the power of the log splitter for splitting the log.

Adjustable piston stroke: you can adjust the piston stroke by means of the proper wrench. It is intended for short logs and for reducing the operating times.

High-density ABS piston side guides Self-lubricating and long-lasting material (it will never be necessary to replace them), and mostly, unlike the bronze ones, they won't wear the steel plate after years use.

Wedge lift locking device. Pressing this upper support automatically stops the piston from rising. This allows you to safely use the log splitter, avoiding the risk of injury to hands and wrists.
