Extremely light
This tool only weighs 1.2 kg which is quite surprising considering that most chain pruners on the market weigh about 2 kg and have lower power levels. Very easy to use pruner, especially when mounted on a pole.

This pruner is fitted with an all-new pneumatic motor, which is much simpler compared to other traditional motors on the market. High-speed chain.

Self-lubricating Carving bar and chain
This pruner features a special system that allows recovering the compressor lubricator oil flow. This system separates the oil from the air again and it directs it to the bar for chain lubrication.

This trouble-free system prevents the typical issues of a traditional oil pump pruner, that can get very dirty and clogged and requires constant maintenance and repairs.

Carving bar with narrow tip

It is definitely more expensive compared to traditional cutting bars, but provides unquestionable advantages:

- it allows entering and cutting the most difficult points (eliminating the risk to damage or cut other branches)

- combined with the new 1/4" pitch, it is more performing with respect to the traditional 3/8" pitch. Cuttings are faster

- longer lasting cutting bar thanks to the special steel and the hardened tip

- no maintenance since there is no mechanism in the tip (no need to lubricate it)

- less risk of recoil

- lower weight compared to traditional cutting bars

Cast magnesium and aluminium body

The pruner body is made entirely of cast magnesium and aluminium and it is anodised.

This pruner can be used for heavy-duty applications and intensive pruning sessions.

This is the sturdiest pneumatic pruner you'll find on the market although it only weighs 1.2 kg.

Conversion and assembly examples

The pruner can be mounted on the extension pole so reaching more then 5 m height.

WARNING: the pole used in the pictures is just a reference, therefore IT IS NOT INCLUDED.

Combining this pneumatic pruner with a pole is very easy as the pruner only weighs 1.2 kg. This operating mode makes the Sbaraglia chain pruner the handiest tool on the market.

For perfect results, we recommend a slight increase of the compressor lubricator oil flow (one drop every 2 seconds when the pruner is working). This ensures perfect lubrication of the bar and the chain. Please remember that this chain pruner automatically lubricates the bar and chain thanks to a special system that recovers the oil that the compressor lubricator sends into the air.

Recommended hose

For a proper pruner operation, we recommend using a 9/12 diameter hose.
A traditional 8/10 diameter hose would only deliver 60% of the pruner performances, so we don't recommend using it. Given the high air consumption level of this pneumatic pruner (430 l/min.), only a 9/12 (or higher) hose can guarantee a proper air flow into the tool.
