The Hercules ECO 6 PLUG-IN is designed for maximum efficiency in any working environment, while ensuring high quality results and optimal protection for plants and fruits.

This harvester is equipped with a high-performance brush motor, which reaches a maximum power of 325 W and a speed of 1200 rpm.

Operating at a rated voltage of 12V, the device has a power consumption ranging from 7 to 8 Ah.

The low weight of only 4 kg facilitates handling, greatly reducing fatigue even during extended use.

The head of the Hercules ECO 6 PLUG-IN guarantees an ideal combination of robustness and durability.

The interchangeable carbon fibre tines allow gentle yet effective harvesting.

To improve the safety and long service life of the device, an anti-tear protection system has been integrated for the power cable.

The telescopic pole, adjustable between 185 and 270 cm, gives the device great versatility, allowing the user to reach different heights and angles, thus adapting to a wide range of operational needs.

Rotating Head

The head of the Hercules 6 ECO PLUG-IN harvester only consists of the transmission and tine support. This design aims to keep the device light and efficient for harvesting olives.

The engine is located at the bottom of the harvester rod to ensure better weight balance. This arrangement helps the operator to manoeuvre the device more easily.

The harvester comes with:

Set of ten 36-cm carbon tines (black) This set allows a more incisive and energetic action, ideal for penetrating even the thickest foliage of olive trees.

The transmission of the harvester allows the single tine support to make short lateral elliptical swings to the right and left of its initial position. This feature helps to reduce vibrations during use and promotes the detachment of the olives perpendicular to the ground.

about the autonomy of lithium batteries

When using a harvester, the choice of battery depends on the practical needs of the user. The main differences between a base-mounted battery and a backpack battery concern freedom of movement and autonomy. The base-mounted battery is more manoeuvrable and lighter, but offers reduced autonomy. In contrast, the backpack provides longer working sessions, although it can be bulkier in tight spaces.

Base-mounted lithium-ion batteries offer greater freedom of movement. The lack of cumbersome cables improves agility when working between trees, making the harvester easier to manoeuvre. They are generally lighter than the backpak once, reducing operator fatigue, and make it easier to transport the device. In addition, handling is more intuitive, not requiring additional equipment such as a backpack. On the downside, however, they have a very limited autonomy and often cannot do a full day's work on their own.

On the other hand, lithium backpack batteries, while adding a certain amount of bulk, allow for greater energy capacity, extending the operational life of the harvester without the need for frequent recharging or battery changes. Their higher capacity allows long working sessions without interruption. In addition, shifting the weight of the battery to the back reduces the direct load on the arm and body, better balancing the overall weight of the equipment.

However, backpack batteries can be less ergonomic and uncomfortable in tight spaces or during quick movements between trees, and the presence of the cable can be an obstacle or obstruction during operation. Finally, the constant carrying of the backpack may cause more fatigue in the long run than an integrated solution in the product base.

The Campagnola HERCULES 6 PLUG-IN is fitted with a 325 W brush motor placed in the head of the machine

The machine can be powered either by a 12V lead-acid car battery (not included), with a consumption of 8 Ah, or by a Campagnola Plug-in 21.6V lithium battery.

The Campagnola HERCULES 6 PLUG-IN features 9 carbon pick-up rods on the head.

The 36 cm long prongs allow deep access into the plant.
