The rakes oscillate laterally, while the individual prongs perform an opposite rotational movement, creating an ellipse of 8x7 cm.
This movement minimises vibrations transmitted to the operator and offers a harvesting range 50% greater.
The advantages are significant: greater harvesting capacity, reduced twig breakage, and drastically minimised vibrations.
The long and short teeth of the rake allow optimal penetration into the foliage, respecting the plant and ensuring effective harvesting on all varieties of olives.
The device head, lightweight and robust, weighs only 1300 grams, facilitating manoeuvrability.

Excellent for lower olive trees, we recommend holding the pole in the centre to maintain weight balance at 50% - 50%, making it even more manageable to use.
When using an olive harvester, the choice of battery depends on the practical needs of the user. The main differences between a base-mounted battery and a backpack battery mainly concern freedom of movement and autonomy. The base-mounted battery is more manageable and lightweight, but offers reduced autonomy. Conversely, the backpack battery ensures longer work sessions, although it may be more cumbersome in tight spaces.
Lithium batteries mounted at the base of the product offer greater freedom of movement. The lack of cumbersome cables improves agility during work among trees, making the olive harvester easier to manoeuvre. These batteries are generally lighter than backpack ones, reducing operator fatigue, and simplify the transport of the device. Moreover, management is more intuitive, not requiring additional equipment like the backpack. However, a downside is that they have very limited autonomy and often do not allow for a complete day's work on their own.
On the other hand, backpack lithium batteries, while adding some bulk, allow for a greater energy capacity, extending the operational duration of the olive harvester without the need for frequent recharges or battery changes. Their superior capacity allows for long work sessions without interruptions. Additionally, shifting the battery weight to the back reduces the direct load on the arm and body, better balancing the overall weight of the equipment.
However, backpack batteries can be less ergonomic and uncomfortable in tight spaces or during quick movements among trees, and the presence of the cable can be an obstacle or hindrance during operation. Finally, constant carrying of the backpack can cause greater fatigue in the long term compared to a solution integrated into the base of the product.
