The BullMach MAIA 155 SH tractor-mounted shredder is a versatile and reliable agricultural machine, ideal for shredding light prunings, grass and shrubs. BullMach ORBIS 600 inter-row disc is a versatile tool, is useful for cleaning areas around tree trunks, fence posts and spaces between rows. Its main purpose is to reduce weed or grass growth, promoting the cultivation and health of the main crops.

Thanks to a return spring, when it comes into contact with the trunk of the plant, it retracts without causing damage to the crop.

The inter-row disc is installed on a system of parallels that makes it mobile, allowing it to adapt to any unevenness in the ground, with the possibility of adjusting the working height by means of a special screw.

The attachment to the flail mower comprises two parallel moving axles and the base of the disc is levelling, thus ensuring a floating movement of the disc itself, which allows it to adapt to any unevenness in the soil.

These hammers are mounted on a sturdy hardened steel bolt with a diameter of 24 mm (length 100 mm).

Finely shreds grass and twigs, while rolling the turf at the same time. Thanks to the high rotor speed and the large number of hammers (blades), it reduces the wave effect on the turf and performs excellent shredding.

The rotating roller on which the hammers are mounted has a diameter of 107 mm.

The mulcher is equipped with hydraulic offset.

The three-point hitch slides from right to left with a hydraulic piston mounted in place of the bar for manual displacement.

Gearbox in oil bath. The casing is made of cast iron, the internal gears are made of hardened steel. Equipped with lubricated extension.

This machine is equipped with a freewheel device (or overrunning clutch) integrated into the gearbox; this ensures a long service life for all moving parts of the machine, preventing kickback when switching from motion (540 rpm) to 0 rpm and allowing the rotor to turn freely until it stops.
