Beyond its main functions, the BullMach Fulgor 3000 is divided into the portable generator market for its ability to effectively meet all electrical power needs when there is no access to the conventional power grid. Its reliability in providing quality power makes it an irreplaceable ally for anyone who needs secure power for precision electronic equipment, eliminating the risk of damage due to voltage instability.

Inverter technology:

This generator produces electricity at a constant frequency and voltage, regardless of load variations and engine speed. This is made possible by the use of an electronic converter that decouples the input voltage amplitude from the output voltage amplitude.

Unlike traditional generator sets, a permanent magnet generator and a motor speed control system based on the power actually used are employed, which allows for a significant reduction in fuel consumption and lower noise levels when using medium-low loads.

Main applications:

The reliability and quality of the energy produced by this system allows it to power electronic equipment such as computers, medical devices, measuring instruments and any other equipment that is particularly sensitive to voltage and frequency variations.

The generator is not designed to be connected to a photovoltaic or solar panel system for energy production, nor for the recharging or maintenance of batteries in these systems or other types of systems of a different nature; such use may seriously damage the generator.

WARNING: all power generators such as this one, belonging to one of the lower product levels of the PROFESSIONAL level (reference to the product level rating scale used on this site), must not be operated for more than 3-4 hours continuously, in order not to compromise the medium to long-term life of the alternator and other components due to overheating or wear. The same applies if they are used daily or frequently. In all these cases, we recommend choosing generators classified as at least PROFESSIONAL on the product level scale applied on this website.

Control Panel

ECON.SW switch:

When no equipment is connected to the generator or when it is switched off and there is no consumption of the energy produced by the generator, it operates in fuel-saving mode. This device is used to minimise fuel consumption and reduce noise emission when no load is applied to the generator. When power consumption is restored by connecting or turning on equipment, the generator automatically switches to the correct speed to provide sufficient power. * This function should only be used with 220 volt power supply (not with the battery charger).

Indicator lights:

- Power supply. Lights up after the power switch is activated. Under normal conditions, only this green light should be on.

- Overload indicator. If the generator is overloaded, or if there is a malfunction or short circuit in a connected device, this red overload indicator will light up. After a few seconds, the power supply will be interrupted and the green indicator light will turn off. In this case, the engine must be turned off and the cause of the overload investigated.

Oil alarm system. Designed to prevent damage to the engine caused by insufficient oil. Before the oil level can fall below the safety limit, the red oil alarm light comes on and the oil alarm system will automatically shut down the engine. * Please note: the engine is supplied without oil.

How to choose the right power for a power generator?

As regards the power required for your intended use, here is a handy table to help you navigate consumption, peak coefficients and watts.

The best approach is to first identify the tools that need to be powered by the generator and then perform a simple calculation, as explained below, to determine the power that the generator must be able to deliver.

Power required = Consumption of the object X Peak coefficient

The starting coefficient is a fundamental characteristic of any electrical device, indicating how much the consumption of the device increases during start-up and therefore serving to determine how many WATTS are actually needed to start it up.

Example: Air compressor (1500 watts) X Coefficient (2) = 3000 watts Therefore, choose a generator with a power in WATTS equal to or greater than the result obtained (*).

Check the consumption of your device in the user and maintenance manual or on the label attached to it.

PLEASE NOTE: the table is purely indicative. Using the above formula, you can easily calculate the power that a generator must supply to connect and operate certain products and then identify the model that best suits your needs: And remember that in order to operate electronic equipment (computers, televisions and all equipment equipped with an electronic card), you need to purchase a power generator equipped with an 'inverter' (which stabilises the power supply).

Power generator – Recommendations and fields of application

  • This inverter generator is equipped with an ELECTRONIC BOARD to stabilise the power output, generating an almost perfect waveform.
This makes it particularly suitable for certain applications, but unsuitable for others.
Some examples of FIELDS OF APPLICATION: power supply for all types of electronic equipment (as they are equipped with electronic boards and therefore require a very stable current to avoid the risk of damaging these boards), household appliances, kitchen and domestic equipment and appliances, lights and lamps; in conclusion, they are specifically designed for strictly domestic use, or for holiday and leisure use (in motorhomes, boats, etc.).

Some examples of FIELDS OF NON-APPLICATION: construction equipment, workshop equipment, DIY equipment, welding machines, equipment of any kind equipped with brush motors (which, in the event of brush wear, can cause power surges to return to the generator, which can damage the generator's electronic board); in practice, for all of this list of equipment typically used for work, construction or crafts, an inverter generator is too delicate and therefore unsuitable. It is therefore necessary to opt for a classic generator, not with an inverter board, but equipped with a classic alternator with a heavy stator and rotor, which are more suitable for powering this equipment.

It should also be noted that inverter generators are designed for NON-PROFESSIONAL use and are therefore only suitable for occasional (infrequent) use. Operating sessions should not exceed 3-4 continuous hours (which would cause the alternator to overheat or wear out). If you need a generator for frequent use (e.g. once a week), you should opt for another type of generator, specifically designed for frequent use, and more precisely a PROFESSIONAL or, better still, INDUSTRIAL generator.

Inverter generators are not designed to be connected to photovoltaic or solar panel systems for energy production, nor for charging or maintaining the batteries of these systems or other types of systems; this use can seriously damage the generator, both in terms of the alternator, the motor and the electrical components. All photovoltaic systems require an INDUSTRIAL generator (and not a domestic one like this), specifically designed and manufactured for this function. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED on power generators connected to a photovoltaic system, as this constitutes IMPROPER USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.
