The BullMach AMBRA 13800 E-3 is a reliable solution for three-phase power generation, designed to offer a stable energy supply in any situation.

At the heart of its performance is a 500 cc four-stroke petrol engine, capable of a rated power output of 18 HP. Ease of transport is ensured by two sturdy wheels and folding handles, which make the generator extremely manoeuvrable in different operating contexts.

Using the generator is intuitive, thanks to a compact design that facilitates transport and adaptability, and a control panel mounted on a solid stainless steel plate, which simplifies handling. The provision of an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) card guarantees a constant and safe output voltage, automatically adapting to load variations. In addition, the presence of 45-degree angled rubber mounts under the motor helps reduce vibrations, increasing comfort during use.

WARNING: All power generators like this, belonging to one of the lower product levels of the PROFESSIONAL (reference to the product level rating scale used on this site) must not work for sessions longer than 3–4 hours continuously, in order not to compromise in the medium to long term durability of the alternator and other components due to overheating or wear. The same problem would present itself if these products were to be used daily or at least frequently. The ATS panel is compatible with the BullMach petrol generator series

The ATS automatic switchgear must be connected to the power grid and generator.

This allows compensating immediately when there is a power outage.

This is an indispensable application in cases where a blackout can cause economic or material damage or serious inconvenience.

As far as the needed power is concerned, we now provide you with a handy chart to help you navigate among consumption, starting coefficients and watt.

The best criterion is to pinpoint first which are the instruments we need to power with the generator and, consequently, perform a simple calculation, as explained below, to identify the needed power that the generator need to eject.

Power required = Electric appliance consumption X Breakaway starting coefficient

The starting coefficient is a fundamental characteristic of any instrument which works with electric current because it indicates how much the consumption of the object increases. Therefore, this is needed to concretely determine how many WATTS are necessary during the start-up operations.

Example: Compressor (1500 Watt) X Starting coefficient (2) = 3000 Watt, hence you should orientate towards a generator which has a WATT power equal or superior to the result (*)

Check the consumption of the appliance on the instructions and maintenance manual or on the plate attached to the machine.

WARNING: the chart is purely indicative. Thanks to the formula above, you can easily calculate the power a generator should deliver to connect and start some specific products and select the model of generator which best suits your needs.

• The generator must only be used to power individual pieces of electrical equipment (within the limits of its power output in KW, in relation to the in-rush absorption of this equipment, which must be less than the power output of the generator);

• The generator can be used to supply power to domestic systems in the event of emergency (lack of power supply service from one's own electricity supplier in the household), only in versions specifically equipped with the ATS automatic start-up device (specially made for this purpose and equipped with the systems for connection to the domestic meter)

• The generator was NOT designed for PROFESSIONAL use, and is therefore only suitable for occasional (non-frequent) use. Operating sessions must not exceed 3-4 continuous hours (which would lead to overheating or wear of the alternator, particularly its stator and rotor components). If a generator is needed for frequent use (e.g. one use per week), the user will have to look for another type of generator, specifically designed for frequent use, and more precisely a PROFESSIONAL or even better an INDUSTRIAL level generator (equipped not with a standard 3000 RPM alternator like this one, but with a professional alternator at low rpm: 1500 rpm. - equipped with both liquid-cooled engine and alternator - having a very different level of specifications and price);

The generator is not designed to be installed in photovoltaic or solar panel systems for energy production, nor for recharging or maintenance of batteries of these specific or other electric systems. This use can seriously damage the generator on its internal components (alternator, engine and electrical component). All photovoltaic systems require a generator for INDUSTRIAL use (and not for domestic use like the present model), specifically designed and manufactured for this purpose.
