The Bertolini Pumps PA 530 VS spray pump is a professional 3-diaphragm model, designed to ensure robustness and applications for pest control and atomizers.
Equipped with a power take-off with splined shaft, this pump is compatible with combustion engines, electric motors or tractor-mounted cardan shafts, making it ideal for use in spraying systems for large-scale treatments or specialised crops. The maximum flow rate reaches 54 litres per minute, while the working pressure reaches up to 40 bar.
The 3-diaphragm design ensures smooth and quiet operation, reducing vibrations. The inspectable spherical profile valves optimise volumetric efficiency, minimising losses and improving dosing accuracy. The transparent oil pan allows for quick visual checking of the oil level.

PLEASE NOTE:
If products containing mineral substances such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, in order to avoid compromising the internal components of the pump in the long term, it is advisable to wash the pump at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season, dismantling some parts of the pump such as valves, heads and membranes, in order to clean any residues agglomerated and sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure the long life of the pump even when using the above-mentioned minerals.
