The Bertolini PA 430.1 tractor spray pump is a professional unit designed for agricultural applications such as pest control and spraying with atomisers, where low pressures, but high flow rates are required. This diaphragm pump is ideal for installation on tractor-mounted or trailed equipment, thanks to its compactness, solid construction and resistance to chemical treatments.
The structure is made of reinforced techno polymer with metal inserts at the fixing points. This material guarantees high resistance to aggressive chemicals and acids. The compact design, characterised by functional geometric shapes, incorporates a galvanised steel support base and a transparent oil tank, which is easy to inspect thanks to the graduated scale.
The Bertolini PA 430.1 pump is equipped with three alternative diaphragms – Desmopan, Duramax and HPS – which offer technical customisation depending on the fluid used. The shaft is designed for both rear and front connections, depending on the required configuration. The transmission can be adapted with flange or pulley connections.
It operates at a speed of 650 rpm, with a maximum flow rate of 40 litres/minute and a maximum pressure of 40 bar (580 PSI). The power consumption at maximum output is 2.8 kW (3.8 HP), making it compatible with small displacement agricultural engines. The inlet has a diameter of 25 mm, while the outlet is G 1/2 threaded. The oil tank has a capacity of 0.6 litres, to be filled with SAE 30 oil, with a maximum operating temperature of 60°C.
